Boya BY-DMR7 Shotgun Condenser Microphone

Boya BY-DMR7 Shotgun Condenser Microphone Highlights

• Directional Sound Capture: Shotgun microphones are designed to pick up sound from a narrow angle, effectively rejecting ambient noise. This makes them ideal for isolating dialogue or specific sound sources.
• Condenser Technology: Condenser microphones generally offer a wider frequency response and better transient response than dynamic microphones. They require phantom power or an internal battery to operate.
• Integrated Flash Mount: The built-in flash mount allows for easy attachment to cameras or other gear, providing a secure and convenient way to position the microphone.
• Low Self-Noise: High-quality condenser microphones typically have low self-noise, meaning they produce minimal hiss when amplifying quiet signals. This is crucial for clean audio recordings.
• Durable Construction: Microphones in this class are often built with robust materials to withstand the rigors of field use. This ensures reliability in various shooting environments.
