Requirements and Skills

Minimum KCSE certificate; a certificate or diploma in Customer Service, Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to speak and understand English and Kiswahili clearly. Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage. Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and customer management systems. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle difficult customers and complaints professionally. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/targets. Minimum Qualification Requirements
