SikaTop Seal 105 KE Waterproofing System Highlights

• Durable Concrete Protection: SikaTop Seal 105 KE is designed to provide a robust waterproof barrier for concrete structures. It helps protect against water ingress and environmental damage, extending the lifespan of the concrete.
• Cementitious Waterproofing: This product is a two-component, cementitious waterproofing system. It's formulated to be applied directly to concrete and masonry surfaces, creating a seamless and flexible membrane.
• Easy Application: The system is typically mixed on-site and can be applied using a brush, roller, or trowel. This makes it suitable for various application methods and surface types.
• Adhesion to Substrates: It offers excellent adhesion to sound, clean, and dry concrete substrates. Proper surface preparation is crucial for optimal performance and longevity.
• Waterproof & Breathable: While providing a waterproof barrier against liquid water, the coating often allows water vapor to escape. This prevents moisture buildup within the concrete structure.
