• SikaTop Seal-501 is a high-performance, two-component, cementitious waterproofing coating. • Forms a flexible and durable barrier against water ingress, suitable for positive and negative water pressure. • Ideal for waterproofing concrete and masonry structures including tanks, basements, balconies, bathrooms, terraces, and foundations. • Offers excellent adhesion to substrates and can be applied to damp surfaces. • Meets EN 1504-2 standards for surface protection systems. • Coverage: Approximately 1.5-2.0 kg/m² for two coats, depending on substrate roughness. • Packaged as a kit: Part A (liquid polymer) and Part B (cementitious powder).
