Nardi 2-Disc Plough

Nardi 2-Disc Plough Highlights

• Versatile Tillage Tool: A disc plough is a versatile implement used for primary tillage, breaking up soil, and incorporating crop residue. It's effective for turning over soil, preparing seedbeds, and managing weeds.
• Soil Aeration and Moisture Retention: The action of the discs helps to aerate the soil, improving drainage and allowing for better root penetration. This can also aid in moisture retention by breaking up the soil surface.
• Suitable for Various Soil Types: Disc ploughs are generally effective in a range of soil conditions, including heavier soils where moldboard ploughs might struggle. They can handle some rocky or root-filled conditions better than other plough types.
• Residue Management: Disc ploughs are good at cutting and burying crop residue, which helps in reducing disease carryover and preparing the field for the next planting season. This can contribute to improved soil health.
• Adjustable Working Depth: The working depth of a disc plough can typically be adjusted to suit different farming needs and soil conditions. This allows for flexible tillage operations.
