Yamaha HS8 Active Studio Monitors (Used)

Yamaha HS8 Active Studio Monitors (Used) Highlights

• Bi-amplified Design: The HS8 features a bi-amplified design, meaning it has separate amplifiers for the low-frequency (woofer) and high-frequency (tweeter) drivers. This ensures optimal power delivery and clarity for each frequency range.
• Room Control and High Trim: These monitors include controls for room acoustics. The 'Room Control' feature allows you to attenuate the low-frequency range, which is useful when monitors are placed near walls or corners. A 'High Trim' control adjusts high-frequency response.
• Balanced XLR and TRS Inputs: The HS8 offers both XLR and TRS inputs, providing flexible connectivity options for various audio interfaces and mixers. These balanced connections help to minimize noise and interference.
• Nearfield Studio Monitor: Designed as nearfield studio monitors, the HS8 is intended for close-range listening in a studio environment. They are engineered to provide a flat, accurate frequency response for critical mixing and mastering tasks.
• Durable Construction: Yamaha HS series monitors are known for their robust build quality. They typically feature a durable MDF cabinet designed to minimize unwanted resonance and ensure longevity.
