Hotel Job Responsibilities 🏨 Serve and assist guests Handle bookings and check-ins Take orders and serve food Clean and maintain rooms Handle customer inquiries Maintain a professional environment Work well with the hotel team (1) Welcoming and assisting guests Handling bookings and reservations Serving food and beverages Cleaning and preparing guest rooms Handling customer enquiries and complaints Promoting hotel services and attracting clients Managing daily hotel operations (1) Cleaning and maintaining rooms, offices, and common areas. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. Cleaning and maintaining washrooms. Handling waste and cleaning supplies. Changing linens and assisting with laundry. Reporting damages and maintenance issues. Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards. (1)
