Responsibilities
-Identify and approach prospective clients such as estates, schools, hospitals, banks and SACCOs, warehouses, construction sites, churches, and businesses. -Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and site visits. -Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the company’s management. -Present the company’s security services (guarding, patrols, alarm response, and any other offerings) clearly and honestly. -Follow up on leads and quotations until the client decides. -Understand each client’s security needs and pass them accurately to the operations team. -Build and maintain good relationships with clients and keep them informed of the company’s services. -Keep a simple record of leads, meetings, and follow-ups, and report weekly or monthly to management. -Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements and Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, in English and Kiswahili. Confident at approaching new people and presenting to decision-makers. -Good at following up on leads without being pushy. -Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision and meet targets. -Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Word or Excel) to write simple reports and keep lead records. -Good understanding of the local market, including the areas you will cover. -Honest and trustworthy, since the role involves representing a security company.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
-Minimum KCSE or a diploma in sales, marketing, business, or a related field (a degree is an added advantage). -At least 1-2 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in security, CCTV and alarms, facilities management, insurance, or other B2B services. -A good network among property managers, estate committees, school administrators, or business owners is a strong advantage.
